Land and Legacy Scholarship Program Rules
The Land and Legacy Scholarship Progam (“Program”) is sponsored by Powerflex Grazing Supply, 122 East Houston St., San Antonio, TX 78205 (“Powerflex”), and is administered by National Grazing Lands Coalition, 6944 Hyland Hills St., Castle Pines, CO 80108 (“NatGLC”) and Noble Research Institute, LLC, 2510 Sam Noble Parkway, Ardmore, OK 73401 (“Noble”).
This Program is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of application. No purchase necessary.
This Program begins on December 1, 2024, and ends on December 31, 2025. Applications windows will be open during the following dates:
December 4, 2024, through January 15, 2025
February 10, 2025, through March 10, 2025
May 10, 2025, through June 10, 2025
August 10, 2025, through September 10, 2025
Twelve or more scholarship recipients will be selected and notified by email within 30 days of the close of each application window identified above. Recipients will be selected based on a systematic assessment of all applications received and in the sole discretion of the application review committee. All selection decisions are final.
Applications that are not selected for a scholarship during the selection process immediately following the application window of submission will be automatically re-entered for consideration during subsequent application windows. No re-submission of the application is required. Only one (1) application per applicant is permitted.
Scholarships may be redeemed by registering for any in-person or online educational course offered by Noble during the 2025 calendar year. Course registration is available through Noble’s website, www.noble.org. While courses may be completed any time during the 2025 calendar year (or by March 31, 2026 for scholarships awarded following the August-September application window), scholarship recipients must redeem their award not more than 45 days following their selection notification. A recipient’s failure to register for a course within 45 days of being notified of the award will result in forfeiture of the award. Scholarship awards are nontransferable and may only be redeemed by the scholarship recipient.
The retail value of each scholarship awarded is equal to the registration fee applicable to any one (1) in-person or online educational course offered by Noble ($225-$595). Packs (1, 5, 10, 15) of One-Hour Consultation Sessions offered by Noble are excluded from this offer. The odds of receiving a scholarship depend upon the number of entries received. Scholarships awarded may not be exchanged for cash. In order to receive a scholarship, recipient may be asked to provide Noble a completed IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification).
Scholarship recipient is solely responsible for all travel expenses, overnight accommodations, meals, miscellaneous expense associated with attendance of the educational course offered by Noble and selected by the recipient. Scholarship recipient is further responsible for all taxes, if any, related to this Program. Scholarship recipient should consult a tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of this Program.
All information provided by applicants in connection with this Program is subject to the terms of Noble’s Privacy Notice. This Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, or any other social media site on which this promotion is mentioned (collectively, the “Social Media Sites”). By entering this Program, you release Powerflex, NatGLC, Noble and the Social Media Sites from all liability related to this Program.
