Joshua resides in the small town of San Antonio, Colorado, just outside of Antonito, CO, where his family operates a ranch, raising hay, cattle, and horses. Alongside managing the ranch, Joshua and his wife co-own a logistics company specializing in hauling hay and general freight.

With a wealth of experience in environmental projects, Joshua has led various initiatives, including extensive river restoration concrete core constructions, and other EQIP projects. He actively participates in conservation efforts such as green manure grazing and rotational practices, emphasizing soil health and cover crops. Beyond his professional pursuits, Joshua is dedicated to community growth through education and advancing progressive methods.
