Born and raised in Chama, New Mexico, Jesse has a strong background in agricultural production, particularly in livestock management and marketing. He’s served as vice president of the Rio Arriba County Farm and Livestock Bureau, advocating for local farmers and ranchers.

With a Bachelor's degree in Range Management and a Master's in Extension Education, Jesse is committed to sharing knowledge and promoting sustainable practices. His career is dedicated to fostering a resilient agricultural landscape, balancing tradition with modern challenges, and ensuring economic vitality for future generations.
